Back to advertising

Our advertising policy.

These are our requirements for businesses wishing to advertise in the network’s newsletters.

Version 1 · 11 October 2026

We need to know who the advertiser is

We must be able to establish which legal company is behind an advertisement and what service it offers. Registration and contact information must be verifiable. Where the service requires authorisation, the relevant authorisation must be checked before publication.

What we do not accept

Gambling, casinos, betting and advertisements directing readers to such services are excluded. We reject misleading financial offers, false endorsements, unsupported performance claims and promises of guaranteed returns. Offers with an unclear sender or insufficient evidence must not be published.

Every advertisement is reviewed

The business, the service and the advertising message are reviewed separately. Previous approval does not automatically cover new or changed advertisements. We may request further information or decline an application. Decisions and reasons must be recorded before publication.

Advertising and editorial independence

Advertising is labelled and its sender identified. Advertisers cannot control independent research, remove substantiated criticism or buy a favourable assessment. The same principle applies to voluntary support.

How reader information is handled

We do not sell participants’ investment answers or provide a membership list as part of an advertising purchase. Any contact with a company should follow the individual’s own separate choice.

What approval means

An approved advertisement is not a guarantee of future results or a recommendation to invest. Facts can change. Claims of certification, supervision or partnership must have genuine support.
