How we handle your information.

The form lets you apply for membership of European Investors Association. A person needs to review your application before membership and access can be approved. Applying does not involve making an investment.

What is stored?

Your investment amount range, satisfaction and return target, as well as your phone number and email address. You can choose “Prefer not to say” for financial questions. We also store your language, whether you came from an email link, submission time, application review status, launch-update preference and the version of the consent information.

What is it used for?

We use the information to review your membership application and understand what members need. Contact about your registration and optional launch updates are separate choices. Your answers are not displayed publicly. The form does not authorise companies or partners to use your information for their own marketing.

If you apply to advertise

Advertising applications are stored separately from investor membership applications. We store the legal company name, registration country and number, website, contact name and email, service description, proposed message and audience. We also store the language, submission time, the policy information you acknowledged and recorded review decisions. These details are used to process the application. Applying does not subscribe you to a newsletter or give the advertiser access to other participants’ answers. Applications are processed through a separate operator tool. There is no public register of applications.

Storage and messaging

Answers are stored in the website database. No email or SMS provider is connected and no automatic messages are sent. The production provider, storage country, recipients and specific retention period must be documented before public collection is enabled.

Technical protection and cookies

The form uses an essential session cookie, interest_session, for up to two hours to help limit duplicate submissions. Short-lived hashed technical identifiers are used for rate limiting; they are not a promise of anonymity or identity verification. No analytics or advertising cookies have been added. Fonts and images are served by the website itself.

Change or remove your information

You should be able to withdraw optional choices and request access, correction or deletion through the responsible operator’s contact channel. Include your registration reference if possible. This contact channel must exist before the website accepts real registrations.
